Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use ExpoFilm, made by Khalil Khalil, Heidekamp 55a, 21244 Buchholz in der Nordheide, Germany ("we").
iPhone and iPad
If you got ExpoFilm from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement applies as well. Where the two differ, Apple's agreement prevails.
Using ExpoFilm
ExpoFilm is free to use. The photos and videos you take with it are yours, for personal or commercial use. You may not copy, resell or modify the app, except where the law allows it.
ExpoFilm Pro
Pro unlocks every film, lab print, format, border and light leak, and removes the daily Darkroom limit and the watermark. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, including local taxes, is shown in the app before you buy.
Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel your subscription on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
Lifetime
A single payment unlocks Pro with no renewals, on devices signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.
Restoring and refunds
To get Pro back on a new phone, open Pro in the app and tap Restore. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google Play under their policies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
We keep improving ExpoFilm and may change its features. If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaching an essential obligation, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable.
Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
